I specialize in assisting others in the rehabilitation and restructuring of the physical body by changing the muscle memory and structural alignment back to its natural state which has been altered due to stress, tension and injuries. My target is to create more ease and joy in people's bodies and life and living, by inspiring more awareness and consciousness for individuals in creating effective change.
